Provider Recruiter Sr

Job Summary: Responsible for strategic and comprehensive physician recruitment in accordance with the needs and goals of QTC.  Recruits qualified medical providers of all specialties; negotiates fees and generates contracts and coordinates the execution of the provider contracts within established guidelines;   Performs research and initial interviews to identify and determine candidate suitability for placement.  Conducts initial familiarization training during recruitment to ensure provider willingness and ability to perform services.  Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and selecting providers for nationwide contracted positions Performs outbound calls to potential and existing candidates by telephone and e-mail to qualify them for potential job opportunities Responsible for educating prospective candidates on the benefits of contracts Responsible for building and maintaining candidate relationships Partners with management and physicians to understand talent needs, devise sourcing strategies and build pool of viable candidates Other projects and duties as assigned Competencies: Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals. Must have reliable transportation. Experienced in the principles and procedures of candidate recruitment, selection, compensation, and credentialing of healthcare providers. Persuasive sales acumen with closing ability Possess strong presentation and negotiation skills. Must present and communicate in a professional manner. Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company. Previous cold callingexperience. Experience in developing and executing territory strategies. Intermediate negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written Possess organizational and follow up skills, with attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft products, ATS/CRS systems, Internet Job Boards and internet and social media recruiting. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
