VP - Head of Implementation -Compliance Solutions

The Implementation and Integration executive leadership role for ADP's Compliance Solutions Division is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of over $100M of new business Implementations across 8 product offerings that are referred to as SmartCompliance. SmartCompliance is a series of cloud based modules inclusive of Employment Tax, Health Compliance, Wage Garnishments, Wage Payments and Wisely Paycard, Tax Credits, Unemployment Claims and Employment Verification that help employers to solve challenging regulatory compliance issues that impact the employee payments part of our client's business. These modules are integrated with ADP HCM offerings, as well as ERP customers in the mid and larger segments of the market. As a result of carrying the responsibility for vast different products from an Implementation and Integration perspective the volume of knowledge, expertise, collaboration, and leadership skills needed is extremely high. This role will require an innovative leader to help evolve (with Global Product and Technology, and Service) the post-Sales client experience, and to continually refine and improve the implementation process, team, and tools, and lead the overall function to ensure successful execution. The implementation teams are the resource responsible for working with every client starting at the sale of our SmartCompliance solution all the way through to a client's live processing and the transition to service. This process and approach can vary greatly by client complexity, ERP system, modules selected, and the expected coordination with the Client, System Integrator, ADP internal business units, and Sales. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops and refines a market leading implementation process that is a model across ADP in terms of delivery, standards and performance. Utilizes creative thought leadership to drive implementation approach that has minimal associate intervention and drives automation throughout the different steps of implementing a client. Manages and leads the Implementation function and teams (of approximately 150 associates) to meet all Implementation objectives including start volume, accelerated time to start, and high client quality as measured by NPS. Continuously reviews team performance; identifies and appropriately addresses opportunities for improvement. Implements initiatives and processes to improve all aspects of Service Delivery. Consistently speaks with clients before, during, and after Implementation to understand the expectations in the market, execution of the team, and success and improvements needed in our current delivery. Partners with Implementation leadership across Compliance Solutions and other ADP BU's to drive a One ADP look and feel and to support fast, high-quality, client activations. Determines appropriate distribution of resources based on consulting and guidance needed vs. back office tasks to drive lowest cost implementation model. The core team is established in ADP San Dimas with additional locations of Alpharetta and Augusta, GA, Florence, SC, Hyderabad, India, El Paso, Texas and home-shored associates. Drive automation into every aspect of the implementation process to drive productivity improvement at aggressive rates. Partners with the Compliance Solutions General Managers and the business to understand overall goals and objectives and drive the Implementation function toward achieving those objectives. Sets and communicates team goals to the team. Develops tactical plans to reach these goals. Develops functional goals and objectives; provides input into overall functional vision/goals/objectives. Partners with Sales across Compliance Solutions (and the other Business Units) to understand the sales projections and gather appropriate feedback on market expectations and needs. Forward looking on staffing, process changes, and improvements to ensure the ability to keep up with high business growth. Makes recommendations to IT, Product, Service, GM, and Executive Leadership on what changes will have the greatest impact on results and outcomes. Partners with GPT (Global Product and Technology) to determine best where and how to invest and improve the Implementation and Integration client experience including improving product specific issues that negatively impact quality and productivity. Works (in conjunction with our Partner Connect team) closely with ERP's and Systems Integrators that our clients work closely with to ensure a seamless Integration and Implementation experience for clients, SI's, ERP's, and other Partners. Creates a high performance team environment that supports/reinforces associate development and retention. Provides periodic performance feedback and conducts annual performance reviews. Responsible for recruitment, selection, hiring, compensation management, and performance management of the Implementation staff. Determines the Implementation organization's training requirements. Ensures timely and effective training is delivered to enhance skills of the Implementation team. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience. Advanced degreepreferred Experience: 10+ years of related experience, 10+ years of management experience. Executive level Technological, Client Facing, and/or Implementation leadership experiencepreferred. Possesses a strong knowledge of industry equivalent products, services, and tools. Critical Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong ability for problem solving. Ability to work under pressure of time constraints essential. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
