Physician Recruitment Supervisor Managers/Leaders TweetApply now Posted: November 14, 2018 Full-Time San Dimas, CA, United States Job Details Description Job Summary: Provides general supervision and oversees the day to day operations for Provider Recruiters in assigned areas. Maintains department work flow to ensure departmental objectives are fulfilled and functions as point person for provider inquiries and issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create, develop, and maintain positive working relationships with all contracted providers within assigned network to ensure provider retention Monitor the work activities of assigned team members to ensure the timely completion of all assignments and that productivity standards are met and maintained Trains and coaches members of their assigned team to ensure competency in contracting providers to adequately support network expansion Conducts review of primary physician, specialty and ancillary networks to identify needs and opportunities for expansion within assigned market Partners with assigned team members and operational partners to establish a means of identifying and creating a database of 'potential' providers within their assigned market from all available resources Responsible for ensuring that staff members are properly trained in successful contracting methods and ensures staff members are able to provide accurate 'first line' orientations to prospective providers of the QTC Business Model and the Value Proposition Review and approve fee requests, run tableau reports, and assist with coordination of urgent projects (timeshares, events, opening new clinics, referral surges) Assist with RFPs, adding new LOB's, and building provider networks Implementation of Provider Recruiter Incentive programs/morale incentives Conducts weekly one on one meetings with Provider Recruiters, and documents and conducts employee reviews   Assist with the resolution of any administrative issues, concerns or challenges Communicates challenges and proposes solutions to leadership team as required Primary point of contact for Operations Managers and internal customers and supporting provider utilization meetings and other meetings relating to provider recruitment Assist with other projects and duties as required Competencies: Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and supervise a team Possess strong leadership skills, sense of urgency and attention to detail Superior interpersonal skills for educating, organizing and relating to all levels of staff Ability to assess training required for team members to improve overall departmental effectiveness Strong attention to detail; analytical skills Motivated, proactive and results-oriented Ability to work independently, take initiative and be self-motivated Ability to effectively manage competing priorities Superior communication skills, both verbal and written Education and/or Experience:  Knowledge of health care industry and providers contracts preferred This job description supersedes all prior job descriptions and is intended to describe the general content and essential requirements for the position listed above. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
