Raging Waters SD - Food & Beverage Manager I - 440

Requirements:
1. Experience managing/supervising alarge staff.
2. Able to work long hours when needed,including weekends and holidays.
3. A good working knowledge of MSOffice.
4. Must provide documentation of a recent TB test.
5. Must have a food handlers card.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day to day operation ofthe Food Service Department.
2. Train and develop lime staff, leadsand supervisors.
3. Determine were improvements need tobe made and implement corrective action.
4. Control labor, cost of sales andinventory levels.
5. Drive Food sales.
6. Manage food safety and maintain 95%or above rating on health inspections.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
