This position is for our newest location in San Dimas (San Dimas Music Academy)
Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule appointments Customer service Manage inventory Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Develop and implement organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks Handle a fast paced work environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a great attitude who loves customer service, talking to people, is organized, proactive and loves children and families.
Hours:
Full-Time (31 hours) - Hours will increase over time, if preferred.
Hours will be from:
Monday - Wednesday from 11.
30am-8pm Thursday - Friday from 8.
30am-12pm Some training hours will take place at our Pasadena location.
Hourly rate and hours will increase over the next few months.
Benefits will be added once you have been on our team for 2 months.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
