Growing state of the art manufacturing facility located in San Dimas, CA is looking for an experienced Engineering Director to add to their team.
This is a full time leadership position would work in person in the San Dimas, CA facility.

Summary:
This important role manages the company's engineering department and technical support.
Will develop and maintain engineering standards and policies while mentoring key development personnel.
The Director is responsible for driving the strategy and architecture of the company's hardware development capabilities.
Organizes activities for the development, implementation, release, and maintenance of projects necessary for product development.
Performs engineering design evaluations and ensure the completion of projects within resource, budget, and scheduling restraints.
REQUIREMENTS:

years of Electrical Engineering related experience2 + years experience in Engineering Technical LeadershipMust have at least a Bachelors Degree or Master's in Electrical related discipline (PhD preferred)Product development process experience in commercial aerospacePrior experience as a Director of Engineering or Engineering Management roleExtensive technical experience in the Electrical Engineering field including mixed signal, high power and high frequency designs.
Multi-site experience preferred(international a plus)Strong project management experience and leadership skills Manufacturing environment experience requiredCreative thinker who likes to problem solveMicrosoft Office, Microsoft Excel, VisioExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environmentBase salary range:
$185-230k/yr.
