The Customer Service Support / Call Center Representative I position earns a competitive wage of $20.

As a Customer Service Support / Call Center Representative I, you use excellent verbal & written communication skills to deliver an outstanding member experience that meets or exceeds expectations via phone, email, chat, SMS, and other channels.
Using banking, customer service, and cross-selling experience, you proactively educate members on CCCU products & services using product knowledge and rapport dialogue by effectively communicating how the available account type(s) benefit members/applicants and assist them in the selection of the most appropriate one for their needs.
With attention to detail, good telephone techniques, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, you assist customers with monetary and non-monetary transactions, inquiries, loan approvals, and problem solving.
Your ability to deal effectively with multiple tasks and interruptions will help enhance CCCU's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests while promoting team participation on a departmental and organizational level.
The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum one year of experience working in a customer service position for a bank or credit union, and cross-selling experience.
A minimum one year of experience dealing with the public in a call center environment, bilingual (English/Spanish) skills, knowledge of MS Word & Excel and accounting principles are all preferred.
The Customer Service Support / Call Center Representative I is a remote position; however, you must be able to commute locally for training purposes, and be available to work Monday through Thursday, 8:
00am to 5:
30pm and Friday, 8:
00am to 6:
00pm (40 hours per week).
