Lucky Feet Shoes is currently hiring for motivated Sales Professionals (Fit Experts) to service our customers with our top of-the- line comfort footwear and orthotics in our retail store located in a busy shopping Center in San Dimas.

A day in the life Assist customers with a variety of transactions through seamless and friendly one-on-one experiences Demonstrate expertise in all selling processes used in the sales model Use Lucky Feet's Core Fundamentals to provide a foot analysis and identify various customer needs in order to suggest solutions to those needs Inspire trust, teamwork and positive team relationships Defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner Ensure the security and privacy of customer information through education, compliance and resolution of issues Motivate and inspire others to adopt initiatives such as our Lucky Feet Rewards program The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on business needs What's in it for you? Qualifications:

years' work experience in sales with a relationship selling focus.

Exceptional presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
High energy, enthusiastic, and motivated demeanor.
Performance driven and team-focused attitude.
Ability to work a 20
hours per week as well as most weekends and some holidays.
Hours of operation are M-F 10-7, Sat.
10-7 & Sun.
11-6.
