We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior-level leadership.
The Executive Assistant will provide direct assistance to the CEO, the Board of Directors, and the Administrative Leadership Team (ALT).

McKinley is a non-profit organization serving our communities with education, social services, and counseling.
We offer educational services in our non-public school where we work with local school districts to educate students with learning disabilities.

A typical day includes:
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, board members, and other external partners.
Assist project team members with assigned projects which may include:
gathering and collecting data, creating spreadsheets, running reports, assisting with presentations & disseminating information.
Responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with the Administrative Leadership Team and the Board of Directors to coordinate a variety of complex administrative meetings and events.
The ideal candidate for this role will posses the following:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
A minimum of three years experience supporting at an Administrative level.
Able to work independently and organize multiple projects with minimum supervision.
Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems Benefits of joining McKinley:
